Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. Valid driving license and government ID are mandatory.

Payment & Charges

Rental charges must be paid in advance. Additional charges may apply for damages, late returns, or traffic violations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made prior to the booking date. Refunds are subject to company policy.

Accident & Insurance Responsibility

In case of any accident, damage, or vehicle breakdown during the rental period, the renter will be held responsible as per the damage caused. The decision to claim insurance or not will be solely at the discretion of RS Car Rental Goa (vehicle owner). The renter has no right to demand an insurance claim. The owner may choose to repair the vehicle directly without using insurance, considering factors such as time, business loss, and daily rental impact. By booking the vehicle, the renter agrees that they cannot file any complaint, legal claim, or dispute regarding the owner's decision related to insurance usage.

Liability

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damages caused must be compensated.
